Transit Labs is developing a new offering that provides a customer facing website and mobile application that allows passengers to book door-to-door, professional transportation at a time and cost near to that of driving their own vehicle. The core of this offering is based on patent-pending break-through logistics and optimization technology, developed by the founders in collaboration with university based researchers. We have secured seed funding and have engaged pilot partners including one of the largest transportation operators in the North America. We are currently in stealth mode and are recruiting engineers to accelerate the development and launch of the pilot version. The founders of the venture have successful track records including – founded multiple tech companies, raised millions in funding, developed and launched first-to-market products, grew a company to profitability and continuing growth, and sold another company to a Fortune 500 corporation.
